This is a quick-serve product; heat-and-eat. Taft’s seitan is fully cooked and reheats on a hot skillet is less than a minute, or microwave covered for just 15 seconds! Shelf life is 12 months in the freezer, 6 weeks in the refrigerator unopened and 7 days once opened.
